Action: Email all members suggesting ad-hoc meeting every other Tuesday at 7:30pm – CR – Although initially well received no meeting has occurred – Complet
2. Issue regarding the use of online form for new members – DT
Website “Join Us” link leads to online application document which is currently not being actioned.
Action: Contact applicants to check if they are still interested and either remove or process application – DT – No response – Complete

3. Zoom account payment – KP JR
Action: KP to pay Zoom. JR will reimburse on receipt of the invoice. – Complete
4. The FAS Members Handbook contains personal emails and phone numbers.
Action: Review Handbook, remove phone numbers and use society emails – AC -Additional changes suggested by KP included – Remove reference to Twitter account – Document stored in Google Docs – Complete.

2. Monthly meetings at ACC
Action: Contact ACC to check on status of meeting room, maximum occupancy, sanitisation procedures, availability of broadband in preparation for meetings in August – JR
