Open actions from previous meetings

1. PLI (Public Liability Insurance) issues

• PLI has been renewed for 2022 but the documentation will not be available until April.

Action: Report will be produced for May meeting – JR

2. MemberMojo – KP/SG

To date all renewing members have paid with the exception of 2. – SG/KP

Action: Agreement to proceed with MM – All – Complete

4. Return to Aldershot – KP
   • 12^th April meeting was both ACC and Zoom there were some issues in Zoom attendees hearing question raised by ACC attendees JP will paraphrase anhy questions.
   • 10^th May and 14^th June meetings will be at ACC and on Zoom. Meetings from 12^th July onwards will be at ACC only.
   • EG will bring demo telescope(s) to meeting and act as point of introduction for new members.
5. Telescope donations

Action: Produce slide show of loan telescopes – EG/AC

 1. Donation of a range of equipment including Lunt 65mm Solarscope – DT/EG

Action: Make a £200 donation to the executors of the estate – DT – Complete

2. Future speakers likely to both attend meetings and use Zoom

3. Update website with intention to hold monthly meetings at ACC only and COVID regulations – individuals choice but don’t attend if positive for COVID.

4. Alice Holt so far unresponsive an alternative contact to be tried – DT

5. GDPR to be update for next meeting and communicate to members – KP/AC

6. Next Committee meeting Monday 1^st August? Via Zoom?
